PVR Cinemas has chosen Kronos Incorporated to manage its workforce across the country.
The workforce solutions company was chosen to offer centralisation and workforce visibility for the multiplex operator.
PVR will use services such as time and attendance, absence management and scheduling solutions. In addition, managers would be able to use mobile applications for workforce management.
The 3,500-employee-strong cinema chain operates 38 cinemas with 166 screens spread over 22 cities with plans to grow to 300 screens.
