The Kochi-based Providence Exim India Pvt Ltd, engaged in the import and marketing of Kritztle brand bathwares, has opened a state-of-the-art Orientation Centre here to tap the growing wellness ware market in the State. This will be the second Orientation Centre for Kritzle in India after New Delhi.
The Kritzle brand products are manufactured in China on OEM basis. Providence Exim India has OEM agreement with 15 factories in China to manufacture and supply of goods under the Kritzle brand name.
Mr M. K. Ansari, CEO and Mr Benny Jacob, Executive Director of Providence Exim India Pvt Ltd, said the wellness bath-ware market in India is at present growing at 30 per cent, and is expected to grow much faster in the coming years due to the awareness among consumers. It has a product portfolio of shower cubicles, massage bath tubs, coordinated wash counters, mirrors, faucets and bathroom accessories.
The company said Kritztle is all set to explore this growing luxury wellness ware market and has plans to open Orientation Centres in Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad within the next 18 months. Kritztle brand will also be launched in Mumbai and Kolkatta in the current year itself. Besides, negotiations are already on to launch the brand in Sri Lanka.
Mr Ansari said the company is targeting an all-India business of Rs 30 crore from the market by next year and Rs 8 crore from the Kerala market.
