PFC Consulting, a subsidiary of Power Finance Corporation, today said it may form a joint venture to provide consultancy services in Asian countries.
“PFC Consulting will join hands with another consultant to foray into Asian countries after which it (PFC Consulting) may get listed,” the PFC Chairman and Managing Director, Mr Satnam Singh, said.
However, Mr Singh clarified that the exercise of looking for a joint venture partner has not begun yet.
At present, PFC Consulting is engaged in providing consultancy services in the domestic power sector.
