Czech carmaker SkodaAuto has launched a sporty version of its Laura mid-size sedan — the Laura RS in the domestic market.
Priced at Rs 15.19 lakh (Maharashtra), the performance-oriented model sports sedan has the same 160 bhp 1.6 litre petrol engine and a short-shifting 6-speed manual gearbox. The exterior features some cosmetic additions, such as 16" alloy wheels, spoiler on the boot, chrome dual exhaust, apart from LED position lamps.

It's not a product you choose on pure rationale as the RS badge evokes tremendous passion amongst the owners.”
The new Laura RS will be available in four sporty shades of sprint yellow, race blue, candy white and magic black.
