Abbott India’s Managing Director Vivek V Kamath has resigned from his post and as Director of the company, to pursue outside opportunities, the company told the stock exchange. His resignation would be effective from March 18, 2024.
“Pursuant to his resignation, he will also cease as the key managerial personnel of the company effective the said date,” Abbott India said.
