Ashok Leyland has posted a 17 per cent rise in commercial vehicle sales in April this year at 6,468 units from 5,543 units in April last year.
This excludes the sale of Dost from Leyland-Nissan stable. The company sold 2,218 units of Dost in April.
Total sales were 8,686 units, up 57 per cent.
