Aurobindo Pharma has received final approval from the US Food and Drug Administration to manufacture and market Oxacillin injections.
Oxacillin injection is sterile semi-synthetic penicillin indicated in the treatment of infections caused by penicillinase producing staphylococci, which have demonstrated susceptibility to the drug.
The product is ready for the launch, the Hyderabad-based company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on Monday.
