Bajaj Auto bike sales during May have declined by 4% to 3.02 lakh units. In the same month of last year, the company’s sales had stood at 3.18 lakh units.
Total sales, at 3.45 lakh, showed a decline of 2%, while exports were 2% higher year on year to stand at 1.59 lakh units against 1.56 lakh units.
The only cheer came from the 3-wheeler segment which grew by 13% to 43576 units (from 38416 units last year).
