Bajaj Electricals Ltd (BEL) has secured orders worth ₹566.34 crore from the North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd.
In a communication to the stock exchanges, the company said the order was for supply and erection works to strengthen, improve and augment the distribution system under a special plan in Darbhanga, Madhubani, Samastipur and Begusarai districts. The work is to be completed in 24 months.
Shares of BEL are trading at ₹227.50 (face value ₹2), up by ₹5.60, on the BSE.
