Centuary Mattresses has launched Beddy-01, an exclusive baby and child mattress range that offers a sanitised environment that protects the sensitive skin of the infant.
Tennis star Sania Mirza's new born baby boy Izhaan gets the first Beddy. Beddy is made available on online platforms including Amazon, FlipKart, beddy.in and Centuaryindia.com, the company informed.
Uttam Malani, Executive Director, Centuary Mattresses in a statement said, “Beddy is the result of our detailed research on Baby Sleep and Baby mattress industry internationally. With a strong legacy of 30 years of being the sleep specialists in India, we saw the potential of the product in the growing Indian market. We have been supplying high quality products to a European baby mattress manufacturer.”
“The Baby Mattress market is at nascent stage in India, Centuary Mattresses wanted to take the first mover advantage by researching the field of child sleep and bringing specifically designed sleep solutions for babies and children. In the long-term, we are expecting Beddy to contribute 10-15 per cent in our revenues”, Malani added.
