DLF Home Developers Ltd, part of DLF Ltd, has received ISO 9001:2008 certification, making it the country’s first realty firm to achieve this internationally recognised Quality Management system accreditation, the company said in a statement on Monday.
The company added that ISO certification would help to improve communication, planning and administration processes.
It will also bring about positive cultural change in the organisation, driving responsible business growth and innovation, improving cost effectiveness and market accessibility, the company added.
