Dr Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd’s consolidated net profit decreased 16.8 per cent at Rs 574 crore in the second quarter ended Sept 30, 2014 compared to Rs 690 crore in the year-ago period.
The total revenue of the Hyderabad-based company, however increased from Rs 3,421 crore to Rs 3,614 crore, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
The company’s scrip lost 1.84 per cent on the Bombay Stock Exchange and is trading at Rs 3024 on Wednesday.
