Commercial vehicle maker Force Motors Ltd today reported a loss of Rs 8.37 crore in the third quarter ended December 31.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 8.13 crore in the same period a year ago, according to a BSE filing.
Net sales increased 12 per cent to Rs 475.05 crore from Rs 423.8 crore. Total expenses rose 16 per cent to Rs 503.45 crore.
Force Motors manufactures small commercial vehicles, multi—utility and cross—country vehicles, light commercial vehicles and tractors.
