State-run Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd (GNFC) announced a 75 per cent dividend for FY18 at its 42nd AGM, held in Bharuch on Monday. The the company had performed “exceptionally well” during the fiscal and reported a net profit of ₹790 crore, said the GNFC’s Managing Director MS Dagur. Its IT division (n)Code solution achieved sales of ₹174 crore and profit of ₹39.53 crore, he added.
