Godrej Properties Ltd, the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, has launched Godrej Prana--a residential township project at Undri in Pune.
Spread across 31 acres, Godrej Prana is a joint venture development and is the company’s ninth project in the city. The first phase comprises a total saleable area of approximately 65,000 sq m (7 lakh sq ft) across one, two and three bedroom apartments ranging from a carpet area of 45 sqm to 100 sqm (485 sq. ft. to 1,075 sq. ft.).
Envisioned in 4 zones - Zen, Joy, Nature and Life – the features include courts and gardens, clubhouses, swimming pool, gym, indoor games, kids play area, entrance boulevards, amphitheaters, platforms that open out to the hills, tree houses and viewing decks.
Sustainable initiatives, like rainwater harvesting, solar panels and zero discharge have been incorporated into the design to make the township eco-friendly.
Godrej Properties is currently developing residential, commercial and township projects spread across 10.25 million square meters (110.30 million square feet) in 12 cities.
