Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) has increased its stake in Andhra Cements Ltd by 3.21 per cent. With this, the equity of HDFC in Andhra Cements has gone up from 11.72 per cent to 14.93 per cent, the BSE was informed on Monday.
The mode of acquisition was done through invocation of pledge on April 21, and June 30, Mr Girish V Koliyote, Company Secretary, HDFC, said.
