IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd (IL&FS Engineering Services) has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd for civil works worth Rs 120 crore.
The work is to be executed for the proposed residential project ‘Ashvita’ comprising apartments in five towers, club house, and external related civil works at Kukatpally, Hyderabad. The project completion period is 31 months.
IL&FS Engineering Services bagged this project close on the heels of receiving another project of Rs 445 crore in Fujairah, UAE, and another for Rs 135.50 crore for the construction of the ‘Palm Terraces Select Housing Complex’ at Gurgaon.
