Indian Hotels Company Ltd on Thursday said that it has filed an injunction suit in the High Court on behalf of Taj Mahal Hotel Delhi. The company said it has done so “to protect its position’’.
The company’s statement added: “As the matter is now subjudice, we are not in a position to comment on this any further. We would like to reassure our guests, employees and business partners that we are committed to delivering the highest quality of service at all times and it is business as usual.”
The New Delhi Municipal Corporation is expected to meet on April 10 to finalise the terms and conditions of the auction.
