The real estate online platform Housing has announced partnership Janapriya Engineers Syndicate to provide marketing support for the huge property inventory that the latter has in Hyderabad to begin with.
Through an exclusive online partnership with Housing for one year, Janapriya will offer five unique properties- Arcadia, Classic Homes, Lakefront, Metropolis and Silver Crest which include differently crafted 2BHK and 3BHK homes, villas and row houses with a booking amount of just Rs 21,000.
The home buyers will have access to Janapriya’s projects ranging from Rs 16.95 lakh to Rs 56 lakh. With property inventory worth about Rs 520 crore and multi-channel booking options, the Janapriya and Housing partnership aims to move the home-buying ecosystem online.

Housing.com has earlier partnered with Tata Value Homes, Brigade Group, ILD Group to launch exclusive online-only inventory across projects with significant success.
Janapriya is offering customers a special ‘Pre Emi Interest offer’ where Janapriya will pay the interest component of the customer’s EMI from the booking month till possession. It is offering an additional 5 per cent discount to special category customers like Defence personnel and allied services.
