Jubilant FoodWorks said its standalone net profit has registered 39.63 per cent growth at Rs 32.34 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2012, as compared to Rs 23.16 crore for the corresponding period a year ago.
The total income from operations rose to Rs 314.50 crore for the quarter under consideration as against Rs 216.91 crore for the same period a year ago.
Earlier in May this year, the leading baked food and coffee chain of the US, Dunkin’ Donuts, chose Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd (JFL), which runs restaurant chain Dominos Pizza in India, as its master franchisee.
The company is also the master franchisee of Dominos International in India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
The shares of Jubilant FoodWorks were today trading at Rs 1,193.40 in late afternoon trade on the BSE, down 1.37 per cent from the previous close.
