Mother Dairy has connected its network of over 30 sub-contractors with Ramco ERP on Cloud. It has signed a five-year deal with the Chennai-based IT company to connect its extended enterprise with a Cloud-based ERP solution.
In phase one, sub-contractors of ice-cream business have gone live on the solution. This has helped Mother Dairy get better control over purchase, have visibility of supply, ensure centralised approvals, quicker MRP and better product traceability thereby streamlining the operations across locations. This has helped Mother Dairy track consumption pattern, trace batch quality, centralise approval of price list, and manage inventory, says a press release issued by Ramco.
