Kingfisher Airlines has clarified that it is not aware of any alleged analysis of financial records of the airline by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs nor of any alleged analysis report.
A company press release says that the airline has, in fact, not received any communication in this regard from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The company also declined to comment or speculate "on the alleged contents of an alleged report".
"Kingfisher Airlines is also not aware of any alleged letter allegedly written by the Serious Fraud Investigation Office to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs," the release adds.
