Real estate firm Parsvnath Group has reported a profit of Rs 14.84 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2013, against a loss of Rs 27.22 crore in the previous year period.
Total income from operations stood at Rs 182 crore (Rs 219 crore). The revenue for the whole year stood at Rs 643 crore, as against Rs 905.2 crore last year.
In a statement, the company said it has appointed Larsen & Toubro for the construction of RedFort Parsvnath Towers on a turnkey basis.
Besides this, the company has repatriated Rs 34.56 crore to PE investor Sun Appollo from the Exotica Gurgaon project.
