More players are entering the premium segment of the Rs 5,000-crore mattress market. Inner spring mattress brand Peps launched its range of premium mattress priced at Rs 1.5 lakh.
Coimbatore-based Peps Industries has been in the mid-value range and currently sells around 10,000 mattresses every month.
Peps has manufacturing facilities in Coimbatore and Pune.
