Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd has reported a 37 per cent increase in net profit at Rs 1,032 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2012.
The company has reported a 21 per cent increase in net profit at Rs 3,255 crore for 2011-12 fiscal.
Total income stood at Rs 3,409 crore during the fourth quarter, up 32 per cent from Rs 2,580 crore in the corresponding period last year.
The stock was trading at Rs 106, down 1.49 per cent on the BSE.
