Puravankara Projects Ltd has announced zero booking amount scheme for two of its projects in Kochi.
Under the scheme, buyers can benefit by buying either an apartment in Purva Eternity at Kakkanad or Purva Grandbay at Marine Drive by just paying the booking amount and pay rest of the amount only upon intimation of possession of the apartment. The booking amount will be refunded.
The zero booking amount scheme is available on luxurious three-bedroom apartments costing Rs 1 crore and above and on three-bedroom apartments starting from Rs 55 lakh onwards.
The company is executing close to two million square feet of development in Kochi Anand Narayanan, director – sales and marketing, Puravankara Projects Ltd, said.
