Ramky Infrastructure Ltd has recorded a net profit of Rs 206.08 crore on revenues of Rs 3,146.96 crore on a consolidated basis for the financial year ended March 31, 2011.
This shows a growth of 54.14 per cent in revenues over Rs 2,041.63 crore and 61.80 per cent growth in net profit over Rs 127.37 crore for the corresponding year.
On a standalone basis, the company registered a net profit of Rs 157.36 crore on revenues of Rs 2,730.51 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2011, as against net profit of Rs 102.74 crore and revenues of Rs 1,861.25 crore for the corresponding year ago period.
The company board recommended a dividend of Rs 4.50 a share for FY 2011.
The company continues to focus on water and waste water as one of core areas.
