State Bank of India has promoted 10 Chief General Managers to the position of Deputy Managing Director (DMD).
The CGMs who have been promoted are: Ashwini Mehra, Rajnish Kumar, Praveen Gupta, Sunil Srivastav, Dinesh Khara, MG Vaidhyan, Varsha V Purandare, Arijit Basu, Siddhartha Sengupta, and Anshula Kant.
Prior to the latest round of promotion, India’s largest bank had nine DMDs.
Meanwhile, Managing Directors A Krishna Kumar and P Pradeep Kumar have been given additional charge of International Banking and Associate Banks & Subsidiaries, respectively.
This follows the superannuation of Hemant Contractor, MD (International Banking) and S Vishvanathan, MD (Associate Banks & Subsidiaries).
Krishna Kumar and Pradeep Kumar are in-charge of National Banking and Corporate Banking, respectively.
