SML Isuzu Ltd. has declared 80 per cent dividend for the year 2010-11, including special dividend of 15 per cent, according to a press release issued here.
The board met in Chandigarh on Monday and announced the dividend.
The company, formerly known as Swaraj Mazda Ltd., sold 12,870 vehicles during the year and earned net revenue of Rs 893 crore.
The profit before tax was Rs 51.4 crore and the profit after tax Rs 36.6 crore.
The EPS was Rs 25.3.
Mr Yash Mahajan, the Managing Director, is demitting office by the end of the month and Mr Yutaka Watanabe will be the new MD from June 1.
