Indian researchers are working on cells that can store more energy, last longer
Cashing on the craze for branded interiors, real estate major Supertech and Disney India have come together to develop Disney-themed interiors and exteriors for one of the real estate projects.
“Our business model is of licensing. The real estate tie-ups have shown significant growth and we are pursuing it in a big way,” said Roshini Bakshi, Managing Director, Disney UTV Managing Director (Consumer Products, Retail and Publishing).
For Disney, this is the third such tie-up in the real estate space. It has similar tie-ups in with Sunteck Realty in Mumbai and Team Taurus in Kolkata with different real estate players. Supertech recently entered into a tie-up with Italian fashion brand Armani for designing the interiors of its super luxury flats.
Disney said it will license the brand for a royalty fee. Disney India will develop 1,000 flats at Supertech’s 7.5 acre housing project ‘Fable Castle’ on Yamuna Expressway.
R K Arora, MD, Supertech said the Disney inspired themes were extremely popular both with kids and adults.
The project will have Disney inspired rooms consisting of Disney-branded furnishing, home decor products and colour palettes among others. The landscape, club, gym and other exteriors would also be based on this concept.
