Tata Power Solar has secured a 50-MW solar project contract from NTPC. The project, coming up at Rajgarh in Madhya Pradesh, will double NTPC’s solar capacity.
The plant is scheduled for commissioning in March 2014. It is expected to generate 78.66 million units (Kwh) a year for Madhya Pradesh Power Company.
