TDI Infracorp, a real estate developer in North India, has repaid a debt of ₹110 crore to Kotak Realty Fund. Kotak Realty Fund had invested ₹110 crore in TDI Infracorp’s ultramodern township ‘Lake Grove’ project in 2013. The project is located at Kundli in Delhi, NCR area. It is part of TDI Group’s 1,250-acre project in this region. Kamal Taneja, Managing Director, TDI Infracorp, said, “We have given exit to our investor Kotak Realty by making full payment of principal of ₹110 crore and interest amount. We are happy with the overwhelming response we received for our Lake Grove project.”
