Tata group outfit Tinplate Co of India Ltd said that it fully redeemed 6.62 lakh unlisted non-cumulative optionally convertible preference shares on March 31.
The company in a statement to the stock exchanges said that it also partly repaid 92.61 lakh OCPS.
