Technical services provider TUV Rheinland today said it will hire around 600 people in India in the next three years, where two new softlines testing laboratories will be operational in the coming months.

The company currently employs around 400 professionals in India in 23 regional offices and eight laboratories spread over 18 cities, where they inspect, test, and certify people, products, installations, processes, and management systems against international standards.

“We have been investing significantly in India in the last few years and will continue to do so. This clearly shows that India is and will remain a target market for us,” Manfred Bayerlein, CEO, TUV Rheinland said.

TUV Rheinland has been recording a 35 per cent growth rate year on year, the company said.
