Venus Remedies today said its research wing VMRC has signed an MoU with Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) Faridkot, Punjab, to undertake collaborative research projects and academic programmes.
Venus Medicine Research Centre (VMRC) Director (Research) Manu Chaudhary signed an MoU with BFUHS Vice-Chancellor S.S. Gill, a company statement said.
“Together, VMRC and BFUHS will open new frontiers for high-end research in India, particularly in the fields of oncology, anti-infectives and pain management,” Chaudhary said.
VMRC has already research collaborations with various universities and prominent among them are University of Illinois, Chicago; Institute of Microbial Technology (IMTECH), Chandigarh; Department of Microbiology, Panjab University, Chandigarh; the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Mohali, and Guru Jambeshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar.
