The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), disappointed with the results in the Capital where it lost all seven seats, said it was “hurt” by the Delhi results, but it was a good start for the party. Addressing a press conference here on Friday, senior AAP leader Yogendra Yadav said the party may not have won seats but increased its vote share in Delhi. He said the party would continue its fight against corruption and focus on select Assembly elections due shortly, such as in Haryana, and possibly Delhi. Yadav said: “We adopted a transparent method for funding and all the information related to it is available on our website.” He said the party had learnt from its mistakes and would work on it to emerge as a strong opposition in future.
