Anna Hazare may not be tech-savvy but today he followed the crucial debate in Parliament over Lokpal Bill on high-tech gadget iPad.
“Bahut achaa hai (it is very good),” said 74-year-old Gandhian as he watched the proceedings in his makeshift room at Ramlila Maidan where he is fasting for the past 12 days demanding a strong Lokpal.
“Anna was shown the ongoing proceedings in Parliament on iPad as he does not have a TV in his room. He smiled and said ‘bahut achaa hai’,” his close associate, Ms Kiran Bedi, tweeted.
Earlier, Ms Bedi tweeted: “Nearing hopefully a historical destination. Keep your prayers going.”
