Sai Constructions and Builders has announced plans to take up a series of affordable housing projects catering to the middle-income group in Visakahpatnam and other cities in Andhra Pradesh.
Concerned about the Telangana sentiment impacting the real estate prospects, the company has decided to focus on Vizag, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry and Kakinada, which are emerging as popular investment destinations, according to Mr Narsimha Raju, Managing Director of Sai Constructions.
Gated community
The company has drawn up plans to set up Sai Narsimha Erena in Vizag, a nine-storey gated community project. Similar initiatives are planned in other cities, according to a company statement.
Several of the company projects in Hyderabad are nearing completion and it now plans to focus on new projects in other cities.
