Afghanistan President, Hamid Karzai, is to begin a state visit to India from November 9 till November 13.
In a statement, the Ministry of External Affairs said that the President will be in Mumbai and Delhi during the course of his visit. He will be accompanied by a high-level Ministerial and official delegation.
During the visit, Karzai will deliver the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Memorial Lecture organised by the Indian Council of Cultural Relations on November 12. He will also hold talks with Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh.
