Spot rubber continued to rule unchanged amidst dull volumes in the absence of active market participants on Tuesday. RSS 4 was quoted steady at ₹123 a kg, by traders and the Rubber Board. The grade finished flat at ₹120 according to dealers.
February futures declined to ₹123.81 (124.99), March to ₹125.65 (126.84), April to ₹128.56 (129.27) and May to ₹129.57 (130.02) on NMCE.
RSS 3 (spot) firmed up to ₹108.55 (108.45) at Bangkok. February futures improved to ₹110.44 (110.30) on TOCOM.
Spot rubber rates (₹/kg) were: RSS-4: 123 (123); RSS-5: 118 (118); ISNR 20: 109 (109) and Latex (60% drc): 86.50 (86.50).
