Andhra Pradesh Government has issued orders sanctioning the attachment of assets of Kadapa member of parliament Mr Y S Jaganmohan Reddy.
The order no 89, which was kept on the government portal for some time and was later removed, approved Central Bureau of Investigation's request for attaching properties of Jagathi Publications, Indira Television and Janani Infra in the illegal assets case.
The attachment might not cause any immediate hurdle for operations of Sakshi Daily and Sakshi Television as only a ban would be imposed on sale and purchase of these properties.
Two separate orders were also issued to attach the properties of Mr Koneru Prasad and Mr Sunil Reddy who were accused in the Emaar Properties case.
