Etihad Airways plans to start daily flights to Ahmedabad from November.
A press release from the company said that this is the airline’s ninth destination in India.
Mr James Hogan, Etihad Airways’ President and Chief Executive Officer, said, “Ahmedabad will make significant contributions to traffic flows to Abu Dhabi and beyond. Ahmedabad is an economic centre and daily flights to Abu Dhabi will build greater ties with the UAE’s capital.”
