Introducing daily, same-day return flights from February 4, between Ahmedabad and Kolkata, with onward connections to Bagdogra and Guwahati, GoAir on Thursday said the new launch will supplement the airline’s connections from Ahmedabad to Delhi and Mumbai.
GoAir, with its differentiated value-driven offerings for the corporate and SME sector, also said it will operate on these sectors with new sharklet-equipped A320 aircraft. Sharklets will allow significant fuel savings and consequently be more environment-friendly.
The sector, like the rest of the GoAir network, will have GoBusiness, comprising the first two rows of the aircraft with the middle seat empty and more legroom. GoBusiness is a value driven offer providing
hot meals on board, priority boarding privileges and a 40-kg baggage allowance, according to a press release here.
With the launch of these new services, GoAir will have more than 100 flights every day serving 22 destinations across India, said Giorgio De Roni, Chief Executive Officer, GoAir.
