Airline major IndiGo will launch a tailor-made business product on flights connecting Delhi and Chennai from March 26, 2025.
Accordingly, the airline expects ‘IndiGoStretch’ to elevate the travel experience on this route.
Currently the airline features ‘IndiGoStretch’ on all flights between Delhi and Mumbai, as well as Delhi and Bengaluru, on specially equipped aircraft.
According to the airline, by the end of this year, 45 aircraft with this product will be inducted into the IndiGo fleet, serving 12 routes with over 260 daily flights.
“IndiGoStretch is available for bookings on IndiGo’s direct channels as well as aggregator websites with tickets starting at Rs 21,000 on the Delhi-Chennai route, Rs 18,018 on the Delhi-Mumbai route, and Rs 21,000 on the Delhi-Bengaluru routes,” the airline said in a statement on Tuesday.
“It offers a two-seat wide bay, specially curated healthy meal options by the chefs at Oberoi Flight Services, and premium seats designed by ‘RECARO’.
The seat has a pitch of 38 inches and a width of 21.3 inches, with a six-way adjustable headrest with neck support, a five-inch deep recline for relaxation, an electronic device holder, a 60-watt USB-Type-C power supply, and a three-pin universal power outlet.
Besides, IndiGoStretch offers complimentary benefits including priority check-in, anytime boarding, advance seat selection, zero convenience fee, and a specially curated meal box’.
The customers on IndiGoStretch also get an additional baggage allowance starting from 30 kg (two bags) in check-in and one bag of 12 kg in the cabin.
