To take immediate action on all the pending applications as on June 30 in Regional Transport and Sub-regional Transport offices in Kottayam District for which no final orders have been issued so far, an ‘adalat' has been fixed at 11 a.m. on July 6 2011, according to a press note issued by the Regional Transport Officer (RTO).
The applicant can participate in the ‘adalat' either personally or through a legally deputed representative. No one can appear on behalf of more than one person. The unclaimed RC books, licenses and so on, will be distributed to the owners against sufficient proof of identification.
