[24]7 Inc, a technology and services firm that helps its clients engage with their customers, will hire 4,000 people in the financial year 2017-18.

The firm, which presently employs 15,000 people, will hire 1,000 for its Hyderabad centre alone. A little less than half of the 15,000 employees are based in India.

“We are in the process of exhausting our space potential in cities like Bengaluru and Hyderabad,” Animesh Jain, Chief Delivery Officer of [24]7 Inc., told BusinessLine . The Hyderabad facility, which employs 1,500 people, added 500 in the last seven months. “We are going for gross additions of 1,000 this year. We will have 600 net additions (after factoring in the attrition),” he said.

The firm had hired a similar number of employees last year. The firm, which had registered a turnover of over $300 millions last year, is looking at cross the $400-million mark this financial year. About 60 per cent of the revenues come from the US market, followed by Europe.
