Polaris Financial Technology Ltd has recommended a total dividend of 100 per cent based on audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2012.
The company's board has recommended a final dividend of 60 per cent (Rs 3 per share) totalling 100 per cent dividend, including interim dividend of 40 per cent, for the financial year, says a company release.
