SQL Star International, a software training firm, has announced merger of the Bangalore-based Mindlogicx Infratec with itself.
Mindlogicx is a products and services player in the examination automation segment with itself.
The combined entity will offer a comprehensive solution to universities and other institutions for managing their examinations and to deploy a distributed learning framework, SQL Star said here in a statement. “The combined staff strength of the merged entity would be 800,” Mr Sunil Gupta, Managing Director of SQL Star, said.
The clients of Mindlogicx included Visvesvaraya Technological University (Belgaum), Anna University of Technology (Coimbatore) and Bangalore University.
The Hyderabad-based SQL Star, listed on the BSE, is into IT training, consulting and services. It has 8 training centres in major cities.
