Vodafone on Friday said its subscribers in Gujarat may win a helicopter ride to the Ambaji temple through a contest to be held during the Navaratri Festival.
The “Fly to Ambaji” annual contest will be held between October 16 and 22.
The winners would be provided an opportunity for special darshan at the famous temple in North Gujarat. For this, Vodafone has tied up with Radio City 91.1 FM.
To participate in the contest, Vodafone users would have to dial *121# (toll free) and choose their best offer. The Radio jockey will at random call up some of the participants and initiate a Navratri-based contest with them. All correct answers will win a helicopter ride to Ambaji for a special darshan of the goddess, Brajesh Bajpai, Business Head – Gujarat, Vodafone India, said in a statement.
Last year too , some Vodafone customers flew to Ambaji through participating in the contest.
Vodafone customers can also win Vodafone goodies and 3G USB dongles by answering the first two questions correctly.
