Telecom service provider Bharti Airtel has introduced a scheme to provide customised services to customers.
The scheme, called My Airtel My Offer, is a ‘one-stop shop’ interactive voice response (IVR) mode solution for the best package of voice and data offers, according to a press release.
The customers can dial 12131 and follow the instructions to select the package that suits their requirements.
